Trip/Daily Report 4.2 - **** ORDER HAS CHANGED ****

This is mandatory at the beginning of each route run throughout the day. If you run multiple routes in different trucks, a report will need completed for each truck. If you run multiple routes in the same truck, a report will be needed for each trip.
Please just enter the truck#. NO longer need the trailer# and only need the numbers. Don't need to enter 'truck'. I know it's the truck number.
Doesn't have to be a lengthy description of the route. Just enough to know where you're picking up and where you're delivering.
